On December 27, 2020, I woke up with relentless dizziness. After a year of distress and searching for answers, I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraines, but that was just the beginning of my journey.

With little support or education, I decided to take charge of my health by researching and experimenting ways to manage of condition. After four years of growth, I still live with vestibular migraines, but I am no longer debilitated by it.

I’m the healthiest I have ever been physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I now support others in similar situations as a health coach..
