Good Grief
When I was 20, my mother was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, changing my path in Dietetics. A professor’s comment about the medical field’s focus on solutions over prevention inspired me to shift to holistic nutrition.
Despite her passing, I deepened my passion for nutrition’s healing potential. Thirty years later, during my health coaching certification, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I supported him with nutrition, but he too lost his battle.
These profound losses shaped my empathy and my commitment to prevention. Today, I feel honored to help others claim their best lives through the power of food, nutrition, and healing.
