Strong Again
In 2016, I realized my health was suffering. I was tired, overweight, and stressed. High blood pressure, hormone imbalance, and a wrecked metabolism made me fear missing moments with my grandkids. I had to change.
I embraced a plant-based diet and added regular movement—starting with walks, then running, and strength training during work breaks. Prioritizing sleep and building a consistent bedtime routine helped too.
Over two years, I lost over 100 pounds and no longer needed medication. I found purpose again—focused on family, enjoying life, and watching my grandkids grow. Now, I help others do the same.
